7月4日の災害から数日経っても固定電話は使えないままです。

恐らく急ピッチで復旧工事を行われているのでしょうけど、天候も悪いし時間がかかってるのだと思います。

昨日までは人吉市役所や各町村のホームページもアクセスできないところもありましたが、今日（7日）はアクセスできるようになってます。
SNSで情報を発信している行政区もあります。
